Join a dynamic global R&D; team and play a key role in developing and optimizing cleaning products and utensils across the AMEA region, with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for projects from concept through commercialization, partnering with integral cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external manufacturers to deliver consumer-focused innovations, support business growth, and drive cost savings. This position combines hands-on laboratory execution with data-driven decision-making, leveraging statistical tools, experimental design, and technical risk assessment methodologies to develop robust products, optimize manufacturing processes,



and ensure successful commercialization.

In this role, you will:
- Represent one R&D; voice balancing risk, impact, speed, and decision-making complexity
- Lead the execution of projects from concept to launch by applying technical leadership and partnering with subject matter experts, cross-functional partners, suppliers and project managers.
- Translate consumer needs into technical product specifications and processing standards.
- Lead the design and execution of technical testing, including development of new test methods and qualification if needed.
- Participate on claim storming sessions and develop technical support plans for product claims substantiation and build compelling product demos for customer sell-in.
