What you need:
2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn
Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
Language Requirement:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
