Labeling & Content Specialist
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of technical product content and documentation.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure information is accurate, compliant with established standards, and delivered within project timelines.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, managing content updates, documentation workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation, review, and maintenance of product-related documentation and content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment.
Review content and supporting documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
Collaborate with teams across business functions to gather requirements, resolve information gaps, and support approval processes.
Maintain documentation records, workflows, and change tracking in designated systems.
Identify risks, issues,



and process improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Provide guidance, training, and support on documentation processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in documentation management, content coordination, project support, operations, regulatory support, quality processes, marketing operations, or related fields.
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator is a strong plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with content management, workflow, specification, or document control systems.
Background in regulated industries, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, life sciences, or similar environments.
Experience supporting process improvement or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
