The Opportunity
We'relooking for a highly organized and proactive project manager to help drive execution across the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO) portfolio.
As a Project Manager,you'llsupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring projectsremainaligned, on track, and positioned to achieve intended outcomes.
Reporting to the Portfolio & Process Lead, you'll partner with leaders across Workforce Strategy & Design, Talent Evolution, Analytics, Skills Intelligence & Operations, Enterprise Technology, and Talent stakeholders to manage project plans, facilitate governance processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain visibility into key priorities, risks, and dependencies.

What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Execution
Support the planning and execution of strategic DiTTO priorities, ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned toestablishedobjectives
Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Monitor progress against commitments and proactivelyidentifyand address risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate governance processes, including status reporting, steering committee preparation, decision tracking, and action item management




Maintain portfolio-level visibility into project health, milestones, resource needs, and key outcomes
Support leadership presentations, project reviews, and program reporting activities
Coordinate Stakeholders and Teams
Facilitate collaboration across business, Talent, technology, and transformation teams
Schedule and lead working sessions, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and execution where needed
Ensure clear communication of priorities, decisions, timelines, and responsibilities across project participants
Improve Processes and Ways of Working
Identifyopportunities to streamline project management practices, governance processes, and team operations
Develop templates, tools, and reporting mechanisms that improve consistency and efficiency
Support continuous improvement efforts across the DiTTO portfolio management function
Manage Communications and Change Activities
Assistin the development of project communications, change management plans, stakeholder updates, and implementation materials
Track adoption activities and support readiness efforts for key transformation initiatives
Ensure stakeholdersremaininformed, engaged, and aligned throughout project lifecycles
What We're Looking For




Qualifications
Experience in project management, program management, business operations, transformation, consulting, or related disciplines
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously whilemaintainingattention to detail
Experience developing project plans, status reporting, governance materials, and executive-ready communications
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability toidentifyrisks, solve problems, and drive execution in complex environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
