The Role

We are looking for a well‑rounded, adaptable Data Engineer with an interest in translating business goals into concrete solutions. You have been part of multiple teams, demonstrated initiative, and can explain in technical detail what you did to help. Ideally you’ve worked with at least one devops team, and at least one flavor of agile. Our pragmatic engineering approach makes data work for the business.

What you’ll bring

- Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate overall project status
- Participate in technical design of systems, schemas, or pipelines and offer sound guidance

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in core programming fundamentals, modern tools (IDEs, CLI, Git/version control), and basic debugging
- Scripting languages like Python, Ruby
- Compiled languages like Java, Scala, C++
- MongoDB + Kafka are nice to have
- Source Control Systems
- 2+ years of experience in Data Management Tools
- Pipeline management tools like Airflow or Luigi, and/or enterprise ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS or Datastage
- Devops tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
- Database Management Systems like BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Redshift
- 2+ years of discovery and assessment of a
