We're looking for a motivated Multilingual Quality Assurance Manager to join us!

At Terra, we are looking for a Multilingual QA Manager to oversee linguistic quality across multilingual video game localization projects.

This role will work closely with vendors, Project Managers, and Operations to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain and exceed agreed client quality standards across multilingual projects to support strong end-client satisfaction and compliance with client requirements. ​​​​​​​

- Ensure multilingual content meets client requirements for accuracy, consistency, terminology, and overall quality.

- Maintain and update glossaries, Translation Memories, terminology databases, and other linguistic resources.

- Review quality scorecards, assess translator performance, and provide feedback when needed.

- Collaborate with vendors and Vendor Management to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure projects are correctly configured and processed according to project and client requirements.

- Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations on quality-related issues, client feedback, and project needs.

- Identify recurring quality issues and trends across languages and projects.

- Support improvements to QA processes, workflows, and linguistic guidelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements​​​​

- 4+ years of experience in translation, review, localization QA, or quality-control roles.

- Advanced/proficient English and excellent written Spanish, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience working with CAT tools and QA tools,



such as Trados Studio, memoQ, Wordfast, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of translation and localization workflows, terminology management, and quality standards.

- Excellent communication skills and experience working with vendors, freelance linguists, and cross-functional teams.

- Tertiary or university studies in Translation, Editing, Literature, Proofreading, or related fields are preferred.

- Based in LATAM.

Nice to Have

- ​​​​​​​Experience in video game localization or LQA is a strong plus.

- Knowledge of relevant translation and quality standards (e.g., ISO 17100, ISO 18587) is a plus.
