We are looking for an Audio Project Manager to coordinate multilingual audio localization projects for the video game industry. This role will work closely with clients, vendors, voice talent, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end audio localization projects, from planning and scheduling through delivery.

- Coordinate project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.

- Coordinate with recording studios, vendors, voice talent, and other external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage schedules, availability, and project requirements across multiple languages and markets.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.

- Collaborate with Linguistic, Operations, and other teams to resolve issues and meet project requirements.

- Monitor audio quality and project deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and industry standards.

- Track project progress, address risks or issues, and ensure timely and accurate final delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in localization, audio, media, or the video game industry.

- Advanced/proficient English and excellent communication skills.

- Experience managing multiple projects,



timelines, and external vendors simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience working with audio localization, dubbing, voice-over, or recording workflows is highly valued.

- Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office 365.

- Based in LATAM.
