Regional Enterprise Architect

This is a primarily remote role, with office attendance every 15 days and occasional in-person participation in meetings or events. The role may be hired in different countries across the region, with a preference for Argentina.

What the day will look like

You will be responsible for defining, designing and governing the architecture of technology solutions for Risk Capital and Human Capital, ensuring that systems, applications and integrations are aligned with the IT strategy, architecture standards and business needs.

- Define end-to-end architectures for technology initiatives involving applications, integrations, data and infrastructure.

- Design solutions with scalability, resilience, security and performance in mind.

- Ensure solutions are aligned with the corporate architecture.

- Review and approve technical designs developed by internal teams and vendors.

- Establish and maintain architecture standards and best practices.





- Design and promote system integrations using APIs, middleware, events and other mechanisms.

- Recommend improvements to existing architectures, processes and solutions.

- Support modernization initiatives, including cloud, microservices and replatforming.

- Provide guidance for complex technical decisions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- Experience in regional architecture leadership roles.

- Advanced English, required.

- Experience with integrations, including APIs, middleware, data flows and process orchestration.

- Experience in cloud, digital transformation and application redesign.

- Knowledge of modern architectures, such as microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Experience in enterprise ecosystems or core business platforms.

- Ability to present results and reports to executive-level audiences.

- Ability to manage complex discussions with stakeholders.

- Experience collaborating in global, regional and multidisciplinary environments.
