Labeling & Content Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of technical product content and documentation. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure information is accurate, compliant with established standards, and delivered within project timelines.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, managing content updates, documentation workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the creation, review, and maintenance of product-related documentation and content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment.
- Review content and supporting documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with teams across business functions to gather requirements, resolve information gaps, and support approval processes.
- Maintain documentation records, workflows, and change tracking in designated systems.
- Identify risks, issues,



and process improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Provide guidance, training, and support on documentation processes and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in documentation management, content coordination, project support, operations, regulatory support, quality processes, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with content management, workflow, specification, or document control systems.
- Background in regulated industries, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, life sciences, or similar environments.
- Experience supporting process improvement or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
