Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Argentina (On-site) Buenos Aires, Cordoba or Mendoza

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ART

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality hiring experiences for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
- Extend offers and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.




- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategies and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications (Hard & Soft Skills)

- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter (full-cycle recruitment). Experience with U.S. hiring is a plus. Candidates may have a combination of U.S. and local recruitment experience.
- Advanced English level
- Proven experience filling roles independently and managing multiple requisitions.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
