Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeper. You will help with administrative tasks and manage the company's finances. This role requires someone who is organized and detail-oriented. You will work closely with the owner to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain digital files.

Required Experience and Qualifications:





- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
