What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in business analysis. Our adecuado candidate is someone who possesses a deep understanding of business processes and requirements, and who excels at translating these into actionable insights and solutions. Moreover, collaboration and the ability to work effectively as a team are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive business requirements that support enterprise information management, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements and alignment with business goals.
- Strong skills in translating customer needs and requirements into software management tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies, weekly demos and such
- Communicate your daily commitments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles, with a strong background in business process analysis.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles, with a strong background in business process analysis.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum ceremonies.
- You are passionate about good engineering practices and testing.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and communicate daily/weekly goals.
- You like to learn, are curious, humble and like to get things done.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in gathering, understanding, and formalizing functional requirements.
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps/TFS or similar)
- Communication English skills.

- UML diagram
- Quality Assurance knowledge
