We’re Hiring: Accountant

Full-Time | Fully Remote

Farheap Solutions, Inc.is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our general team.

? Location: Fully remote

? Working hours: Full-time, with some overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours required.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Assist with financial reporting, tax filings, and audit preparation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support cash flow tracking.
- Work closely with the Controller and the wider Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
- Help maintain and improve accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For




- Previous experience in an accounting role in a fully remote setting
- Good written and spoken English (B2)
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
