We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will be responsible for processing invoices and payments. You will also help maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Process vendor invoices and ensure they are accurate.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain the accounts payable ledger.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices.




- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Associate's degree in accounting or related field.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
