Job Title: Content Creator – Change Enablement

Job Location: Argentina (Remote)

Job Type: Long Term Contract (12 months plus possible extension)

BayOne is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer / Content Creator to join the Change Enablement team. This role focuses on creating executive presentations, visual communications, strategic content, and digital assets that support organizational change initiatives. The adecuado candidate has strong experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, executive communications, and translating complex ideas into clear, visually compelling content.

This is a blended role requiring expertise in presentation/information design, executive communications, content creation, and digital content development.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality executive presentations and slide decks from concepts, storylines, or rough inputs.
- Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content.
- Develop visual storytelling assets including presentations, diagrams, infographics, and data visualizations.
- Support executive and strategic communications, including internal announcements and leadership materials.
- Create digital content for internal websites and knowledge resources, including HTML/Markdown content.
- Partner with Program Managers, Change Managers, Product Teams, UX, Engineering, and SMEs.
- Develop supporting materials such as playbooks, guides, FAQs, and job aids.
- Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, quality, and content standards.




- Manage multiple projects and continuously refine content based on stakeholder feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in presentation design, visual communications, content creation, or executive communications.
- Strong experience creating polished executive presentations and slide decks.
- Strong visual storytelling, information design, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging content.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or enterprise communications.
- Experience supporting change management or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience with HTML, Markdown, web content, or digital design.
- Experience creating data visualizations and executive-level storytelling.
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Experience with LMS or e-learning development.
- Experience working in large technology organizations.

Nice to Have

- Experience creating executive presentations from whiteboard concepts, rough storylines, or unstructured inputs.
- Experience with strategic communications and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating multimedia content such as videos, GIFs, or screen recordings.
