Role Description This full-time Designer & Marketing Specialist role is an on-site position located in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The role involves creating and executing visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media assets, presentations, marketing collateral, and web elements.

The specialist will support branding initiatives, maintain visual consistency across channels, and collaborate with recruiters and account managers to produce design materials aligned with client needs. Daily tasks include designing graphics, assisting with web design layouts, contributing to marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to suggest improvements.



The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, including Graphic Design and Graphics, with experience creating assets for digital and print channels.
- Branding expertise, with the ability to develop and maintain brand identity and ensure consistent visual messaging.
- Web Design skills for designing user-friendly layouts, landing pages, and marketing-focused web elements.
- Marketing knowledge, including experience supporting campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with basic web tools or CMS platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with recruiters, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in agency or recruitment environments is a plus.
