About The Role
As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever's expansion across Brazil, owning the growth roadmap and defining how to build our business model and partner portfolio.
You will work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, leading projects and partners that drive our success in the region.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, driving projects with impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology to help partners succeed and grow.
Move beyond analysis to implementation by turning complex data into actionable business cases and taking full accountability for key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
Optimize new business streams and cross‐functional workflows to maintain lean, efficient operations that can support rapid growth across diverse markets.
Work closely with key regional stakeholders (e.g., Country and Regional General Managers) to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever's integral product and marketing capabilities.
About You
At least 4–5 years of experience in an analytical business role, preferably in strategy consulting, fast‐growing startups,



or investment banking, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
Strong analytical skills: ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures and disciplines.
Proactive problem‐solver who can handle ambiguity and make high‐stakes decisions, passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities in a fast‐paced environment.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
