POSITION: Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo/SMS) Location: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST) Compensation: Up to 3000 USD/month Note: Independent contractor position WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

- 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
- Experience with at least one SMS platform such as Attentive, Postscript, or similar.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through retention marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, reactive agency or startup environments.
- AI-native mindset with the ability to leverage modern tools and workflows to improve efficiency and output.
