Engagement Manager - MIM PS Services / Professional Service Project Manager As an Engagement Manager at PANW, you’ll help deliver successful Professional Services engagements for some of the world’s largest organizations. You’ll lead customer success by coordinating PANW teams, partners, and customers to deliver solutions that address business needs. Working closely with all PANW customers , you’ll support project planning, manage resources, and oversee delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing, resources, milestones, quality, priorities, reporting, escalations, and project documentation to ensure successful outcomes.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:

● Establish and maintain governance and oversight of assigned Professional Services engagements, including third-party subcontractors, ensuring consistent adherence to delivery standards, project governance, and Professional Services processes throughout the engagement lifecycle.

● Develop and execute programme strategies, plans, and roadmaps, adapting to evolving business priorities.

● Establish robust governance,



operating models, communication plans, and delivery frameworks.

● Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions at all levels.

● Bridge business requirements facilitating internal and external discussions with aligning delivery with customer outcomes.

● Drive programme decisions, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and resolve complex issues.

● Conduct gap analysis to identify performance and compliance improvements, designing initiatives to close identified gaps.

● Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, to streamline delivery and improve programme effectiveness.

● Provide strategic leadership across teams, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement and innovation.

● Communicate effectively with internal and external key stakeholders to share success, issues and ensure business value realization.
