On behalf of an international technology company, a leader in connectivity services, we are looking for a Facility Manager to join our team, on site in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires

This position is responsible for developing and implementing space experience strategies aligned with the company's brand vision and business goals, while managing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations, vendors and budgets.

As Facility Manager you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing space experience strategies aligned with the company's brand vision and business goals, integrating IFM principles.
- Overseeing the design, layout and functionality of physical spaces to ensure aesthetics, practicality and user friendliness, while managing daily facility maintenance operations.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to execute space upgrades, renovations and special projects, efficiently coordinating IFM resources.
- Monitoring space usage, collecting user feedback and making data driven recommendations to optimize spaces and IFM processes.
- Managing vendor relationships, including maintenance, security and cleaning service providers, ensuring project delivery, quality and budget compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, accessibility and environmental regulations, while maintaining brand consistency across all spaces.
- Formulating and managing project and IFM operational budgets, maintaining expense ledgers,



performing budget analysis and corrective actions, and reporting progress to senior management.
- Identifying cost improvement opportunities based on the IFM cost baseline.

Academic Background

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Interior Design, Business Administration or related fields.
- English: fluent (spoken, written and reading), able to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

Professional Experience

- Over 3 years of experience in space experience management, facility management or related fields.
- Experience in international companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with IFM business processes, including site space management, supplier management and cost control.
- Strong understanding of spatial design principles, UX concepts and brand positioning.
- Team management experience.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently handling complex business scenarios.
- Proficiency in Excel and office software, with data analysis capabilities.
