Role Description As a Field Technician at LV Force, you will perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in and around La Plata. This full-time, on-site role involves traveling to customer locations, inspecting and troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting all work performed.

You will follow safety procedures, use diagnostic tools, and collaborate with team members or supervisors to resolve complex problems. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting work orders or technical manuals, communicating clearly with customers about service needs and outcomes, and ensuring all equipment is left in safe,



working condition. You will also maintain tools and vehicles, complete reports, and support continuous improvement of field service processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

— Install and configure low voltage systems in commercial settings

— Run and terminate network cables (CAT 5/6)

— Install cash registers and POS systems

— Set up CCTV cameras and security systems

— Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance

— Travel to job sites across the country

Requirements

— Previous experience with low voltage systems installation (required)

— Valid driver's license

— Fluent in English (verbal and written)

— Authorized to work in the United States

— Social Security Number

— Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

— Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the US

Preferred Qualifications

— Own professional tools and equipment

— Knowledge of network infrastructure (CAT 5/6 cabling)

— Familiarity with fiber optics

— Experience with CCTV systems

— Understanding of access control and alarm systems

— Commercial or retail installation experience
