We are looking for a great, customer-facing Senior Integrations Engineer with Python or Go to join our team!

In this role, you'll be the critical link between engineering and enterprise customers of an Identity Security platform, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You'll lead the integration of customer data sources (IdPs, SASE, network, endpoints, cloud platforms, and applications) into the platform's data pipeline, owning the full lifecycle from technical discovery and architecture design to deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.

This role blends software engineering, solutions architecture, and technical consulting, and your insights from customer deployments will directly shape the product roadmap.

Committed to

- Partnering with enterprise customers to understand their networks, data flows, workflows, and technical requirements
- Working with Sales Engineering and Solution Architects during customer onboarding, from kick-off to full operational status
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor to the field team on data collection, integration, analysis, and security architecture
- Integrating and onboarding customer data sources into the platform's data pipeline
- Designing and implementing production-grade solutions using APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices
- Leading technical discovery sessions, solution design, and implementation
- Debugging and troubleshooting deployment issues and optimizing system performance




- Working closely with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback
- Contributing reusable features back to the core product
- Traveling occasionally to customer sites when required

Requeriments:

Must have

- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in customer-facing engineering or consulting roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience building connector platforms or integration frameworks.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems.
- Experience working with APIs from providers such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Okta, Duo, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Palo Alto, or Microsoft Defender.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with IAM, identity security, cybersecurity, or SIEM technologies.
- Exposure to large-scale data processing and streaming systems.
- Experience with AI/ML applications or LLMs.
