The Role

Belong is hiring a People Program Manager to design and build the core people programs, staffing, incentives, benefits and process, that help us scale across Argentina and the US.

Belong is an AI-first residential operating system, backed by a16z and other leading investors, with teams in Buenos Aires and Miami. Our People team is growing right alongside the business, and this role will shape how we hire and support Belongers on both sides of the hemisphere.

What You'll Do

- Own full-cycle recruiting for every role at Belong, from Engineering and Operations to Customer Experience, Finance and more, across our US and Argentina offices.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope each role, build pipelines and close candidates, adapting sourcing, compensation and process to each market.
- Run interview scheduling and logistics so that every candidate has a wonderful experience with Belong, whether or not they get the offer.
- Collect structured feedback from interviewers and share it with the hiring team,



keeping hiring decisions fast and well-informed.
- Design and run incentive and benefits programs, such as referral bonuses and performance incentives, that keep Belong competitive in both markets.
- Be the go-to contact for People & Culture questions from Belongers.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS and AI tools every day for sourcing, screening and pipeline reporting, so you move faster without losing quality.
- Help shape and improve People processes as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

- 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, in-house or agency, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Comfort with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
- Recruiting experience in both the US and Argentina.
- Hands-on experience designing incentive and benefits plans.
- Experience as the point of contact for People & Culture topics.
- High discretion with confidential candidate and employee information.
- Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and AI tools as part of your daily work.
