As a key member of our recruitment function, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist top candidates using varied channels
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and culture fit
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers, maintaining clear and timely communication
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines
- Extend offers and support candidates through hiring and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure process compliance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment strategies and workflows

Adecuado Profile:

- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (U.S.



hiring experience is a plus)
- Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven ability to fill multiple roles independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and knowledge of behavioral interviewing are highly desirable
