Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM New York time (ET)

Rate: USD $8 per hour

Special Touch Home Care is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to support our Recruitment team. In this role, you will manage incoming applications and assign each applicant to the appropriate recruiter so the team can follow up promptly.

Responsibilities

- Review and manage new applicants.
- Assign applicants to the appropriate recruiters according to our process.
- Keep applicant assignments and statuses accurate and up to date.
- Flag missing information, duplicate applications, or issues that need the team’s attention.
- Communicate clearly with recruiters to keep the application process moving.

What we’re looking for

- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Confidence using online platforms and learning new systems.




- Reliability during the agreed New York business-hours coverage.
- Prior recruitment or administrative experience is a plus.
