Westbridge Legal Staffing is hiring a Remote Personal Injury Case Manager to support a California-based law firm.

We are looking for candidates in Colombia with proven Case Manager experience in U.S. Personal Injury and Property Damage cases (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

- Open and manage claims
- Handle medical and Medicare claims and understand the difference between both
- Coordinate and manage medical treatment based on policy limits
- Manage cases involving Auto Accidents, Dog Bites, and Premises Liability
- Maintain accurate case updates in case management systems and follow up consistently

Requirements (Mandatory)
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager (no related roles)
- Experience handling U.S. insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of medical treatment management based on policy limits (required)




- Familiarity with case management software (Filevine)
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico or El Salvador
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with CLIO software is a plus
