Bilingual Sales Quality & Coaching Coordinator 100% Remote | English/Spanish | U.S. Central Time Can you listen to a sales call and immediately spot what worked, what was missed, and what could have closed the deal? A fast-growing U.S. law firm is looking for a sharp, highly organized Bilingual Sales Performance & Enablement Coordinator to work directly with our Sales Manager and help drive team performance.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We want someone who can recognize what makes a great sales conversation—and help us turn those insights into stronger performance across the entire team.

Qualifications

- What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English and Spanish — required
- Sales, call-quality, coaching, QA, sales operations,



or executive support experience
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and closing
- Exceptional listening, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with sales metrics, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and call recordings
- Professional discretion with confidential information
- Available during U.S. Central Time business hours
- Flexibility for occasional weekend or high-volume sales periods

Responsibilities

- What You’ll Do
- Review and score recorded sales calls for quality and effectiveness
- Identify coaching opportunities, missed closes, objections, and sales trends
- Track individual and team performance improvements
- Build a library of winning calls, closes, discovery techniques, and objection handling
- Coordinate coaching sessions, mock calls, and role-plays
- Create scorecards, reports, leaderboards, and performance updates
- Manage the Sales Manager’s calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and action items
- Help ensure coaching commitments actually turn into better sales performance
