Our client develops versátil IoT-powered intercom and access-control solutions covering enterprise-level security as well as smart-home use cases. The company actively explores high-potential, emerging overseas markets. To accelerate business expansion in this territory, our client is looking for a Sales Manager based in Argentina.

You will be responsible for market strategy roll-out, channel development, partial team leadership, and local operational management to meet assigned regional sales objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead market expansion in Argentina, identify new business opportunities, and develop localized market strategies along with annual/quarterly sales plans.

- Decompose objectives and supervise implementation to achieve regional sales KPIs.

- Analyze Argentina market movements, competitor status, and local policies to optimize sales and market strategies for better business performance.

- Manage the local sales team,



organize business and skill training, and build incentive mechanisms to drive performance.

- Develop and maintain local sales channels and key customer relationships, expanding partnership resources to support market development.

- Ensure regional business compliance, oversee daily operations and cost control, and maintain close alignment with global headquarters to guarantee stable business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- 2+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience in the Argentine market with proven track record of success in sales within the Argentine Intercom, Smart Security, IoT, and Smart Home industries.

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Chinese, serving as a key liaison to maintain seamless connection with global HQ and streamline cross-border project management.
