? Role Overview

We are looking for SAP First-Level Support Consultants to join an ongoing SAP support service supporting a large healthcare organization.

The role focuses on SAP ECC/R3 operational support, ticket handling, user administration, incident triage, and first-level functional support activities across multiple company codes and business entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with SAP support experience who enjoy service-oriented roles, user interaction, and high-volume operational environments.

? Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for SAP ECC/R3 environments.

- Manage incoming incidents, tickets, and user requests.

- Process and resolve standard support cases independently.

- Perform issue triage and escalate more complex incidents to second and third-level support teams.

- Support SAP user administration activities.

- Monitor interfaces, IDocs, batch input processes, and operational alerts.

- Support recurring SAP FI period opening, closing, and locking activities.

- Participate in internal and customer meetings.





- Maintain documentation and support procedures.

? Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on SAP ECC/R3 support experience using SAP GUI.

- Basic knowledge of SAP FI, including:

- Company Codes

- Fiscal Year Variants

- Period Opening and Closing Activities

- Experience with SAP user administration using SU01.

- Basic understanding of role and authorization management using PFCG.

- Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.

- Ability to manage a high volume of incidents and requests.

- Experience supporting users with different levels of technical knowledge.

- Advanced English (C1 required).

⭐ Nice to Have

- Previous experience in the healthcare sector.

- Experience supporting hospital groups or organizations with multiple company codes.

- Knowledge of IDoc monitoring, interfaces/EDI, and batch input processes.

- Exposure to SAP MM or SAP SD environments.

- Experience in multicultural and international support teams.

- German language skills.
