You will drive marketplace growth by transforming seller submissions into high-quality listings.

Remote (for Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay residents)

Responsibilities and more: Role Seller Onboarding and Listing Activation Specialist Summary, Own the process of turning incomplete seller submissions into complete high quality listings on usedvending.com. Review draft submissions, identify missing info, contact sellers warmly and persistently,



collect key details, enter data accurately, and activate the listing. Responsibilities, review submitted listings and spot gaps, prioritize must have vs. nice to have info, call or message sellers to gather info, document everything cleanly in the back end, move listings to live when ready, keep notes, follow up without dropping balls. Adecuado candidate, based in Latin or South America.

Speaks

English at a strong C1+ level. Clear, friendly voice. Naturally curious, detail obsessed, comfortable pressing for specifics without being pushy. Experienced with CRM or data entry, reliable internet and quiet workspace. Screening test, give a partially completed listing and ask the candidate to spot missing info ,then role-play a five-minute call to gather it. If they can't build rapport and secure details, pass. That should cover it.
