We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Proposal to join our Global Client Pursuits (GCP) team. This role plays a key part in supporting the development and delivery of high-quality pitches and proposals, collaborating with Pitch Leads, partners, and stakeholders across the Firm.

- Support the preparation and delivery of high-quality pitch and proposal materials for general and regional opportunities.
- Draft, tailor, format, and proofread pitch content, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Coordinate input from partners, stakeholders, and multiple offices to meet tight deadlines.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support opportunity assessments and proposal strategies.
- Maintain pitch records, reporting trackers, and content management systems.
- Assist local offices and regional teams with day-to-day pitch requests and pursuit activities.
- Contribute to Pitch Enablement initiatives, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement projects across the team.

What will help you succeed in this role:





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pitch development, proposal writing, content creation, and project coordination.
- Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems creatively, and drive tasks through to completion.
- Client-service mindset, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
