Hiring: Senior Business Analyst

? Location: Argentina – 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a product development organization delivering enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, UX, and development teams
- Ensure requirements align with product strategy and business objectives
- Validate proposed solutions against business needs and expected outcomes
- Support Agile software delivery and successful product outcomes
- Analyze and improve business processes
- Work with cloud-based applications and enterprise software solutions




- Apply working knowledge of AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions

✅ Idóneo Profile:
- Strong Senior Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience in Agile software development environments
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience working with Product Owners / Product Managers and technical teams
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions
- Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills
