We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with deep hands-on expertise to join our team. Responsibilities

- Architect and develop backend API services along with orchestration layers that support large language model integration

- Build and sustain sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, covering document intake, content chunking, embedding generation, and optimized retrieval performance

- Create and link agent-based tools utilizing frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, with potential application of Model Context Protocol (MCP) where relevant

- Guarantee robust security measures, data privacy, enterprise-level monitoring, and comprehensive test coverage across all backend processes

- Play an active role in shaping architectural choices and defining engineering standards within the team

- Work closely with frontend developers, data engineering teams, and infrastructure specialists to ensure cohesive delivery

Requirements

- Minimum of three years of practical backend engineering experience, with a focus on microservices and distributed system design

- Demonstrated skill using Python to build high-performance backend services and cloud-native API solutions

- Background developing applications powered by Generative AI technology





- Practical experience working with LangChain for building language model-driven applications

- Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, container orchestration platforms like ECS/EKS, and RESTful API design

- Solid understanding of secure coding methods along with strong fundamentals in authentication and authorization

- Adequate communication skills with English fluency at B2 level or above, enabling clear understanding of business needs and their translation into agent-based technical architectures

Nice to have

- Direct experience working with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph

- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardizing context sharing between AI systems

- Comfort working with frontend technologies, particularly React and TypeScript

- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management

- Practical background with RAG pipeline components, including vector databases like Amazon Kendra or OpenSearch, along with embedding techniques and retrieval system design

- Track record of constructing or modernizing large-scale, complex technical systems
