The Sr. Technology Business Manager will support the Technology Business Management function by leading IDS governance activities and overseeing end-to-end labor reporting. This role will partner closely with Technology, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Product, and HHS stakeholders to ensure labor allocations, capitalization activities, compliance controls, and reporting deliverables are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and audit-ready.

This position is responsible for managing the full labor reporting lifecycle, including intake, validation, allocation tracking, monthly and quarterly reporting, issue resolution, leadership insights, and continuous process improvement across Jira, Airtable, Allstacks, Apptio, and related data sources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead IDS (Internally Developed Software) SOX business process controls for RTE certification, ensuring compliance with SOX, GAAP, and ASC standards while coordinating audit deliverables and mitigating control risks across Finance, Accounting, Audit, Technology, Product, and HHS teams




- Validate monthly and quarterly IDS and labor allocations to ensure submissions are complete, accurate, aligned to established guidelines, and delivered timely to Finance and Accounting stakeholders
- Own the end-to-end labor reporting process, including resource intake, cost center coding, allocation validation, capitalization support, variance analysis, stakeholder follow-up, reporting distribution, and process documentation
- Manage Airtable operations, including automation development, user permissions, field and base updates, vendor coordination, and contract and usage oversight
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards in Power BI to track delivery metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven actions
- Monitor and report on labor trends, allocation risks, reporting gaps, and process health, providing actionable insights to Technology and Finance leaders
- Manage budget tracking and resource alignment against approved spend, while providing regular and transparent financial reporting to stakeholders
- Lead requirements gathering and process alignment activities to ensure operational practices remain consistent with current business strategies and governance expectations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, Finance, Technology Business Management, or related business operations roles
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering with Finance teams on labor allocation, reporting, reconciliation, or capitalization processes; advanced Excel and Airtable experience preferred
- Experience developing leadership reporting materials and presenting insights through PowerPoint and Power BI
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience creating management reporting decks for operational, financial, or technology leadership audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI
- Experience with Jira or similar work management platforms
