The Role

Your job is to turn raw footage into short-form videos that stop the scroll, hold attention and make our clients look and sound their best.

That means you are the person who takes a client's message and makes it land. Every video you deliver should be clean, on brand, on time and ready to publish without needing to be fixed.

What You Will Own

Editing: cut raw footage into polished short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

Pacing and retention: build edits that keep viewers watching, with strong openings, tight cuts and no dead space.

Captions and graphics: add accurate, well-timed captions, text overlays and simple motion graphics that support the message.

Sound: clean up audio, balance levels and choose music that fits the client and the platform.

Brand consistency: follow each client's style guide so their content looks recognizable and professional across every post.

Deadlines: deliver edits on schedule across your assigned clients and flag anything that could cause a delay before it happens.

Revisions: take feedback from the team and clients, apply it carefully and get it right the first time it comes back.

Insight tracking: pay attention to which edits perform best and bring those takeaways back to the team.

What We Are Looking For

- Attention to detail is mandatory for this role. A typo in a caption, a jump cut in the wrong place or an audio pop can undo an otherwise great video, and our clients notice.
- You need to be organized, reliable, fast and open to feedback.



You do not need to be the most experimental editor in the world. Creativity is appreciated, but consistency, quality, follow through and meeting deadlines matter much more here.
- We are also looking for someone who uses AI to increase speed and quality, never as an excuse for careless work. AI has changed how our team operates and has made our editors more productive than ever. Because of that, this position is less about spending hours on repetitive tasks and more about using your judgment to make every video better: sharper storytelling, stronger hooks and edits that help our clients grow.
- The right person will help us deliver better content, retain great clients, and increase the capacity of the entire team.

What You Will Bring

- Experience editing short-form video for social media, ideally in English
- A portfolio of short-form edits that shows strong pacing, captions and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and what makes content perform.
- Fluency in DaVinci Resolve, and comfort with Slack and G-Suite
- Real fluency with AI tools in a video production workflow.
- Good written English so you can communicate clearly with the team and understand client feedback.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple clients and take ownership without being managed closely.

Compensation and Schedule Remote position.

$18,000 to $22,000 USD per year, depending on experience.

Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
