Responsibilities
- Leading financial due diligence projects to support client decision‑making in mergers and acquisitions
- Analyzing financial statements and conducting financial modeling to assess earnings quality and business performance
- Developing and implementing strategies for value creation and operational improvements in client engagements
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive deal management and financial advisory services




- Utilizing analytical thinking and industry trend analysis to provide insights into market trends and growth opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Conducting investment analysis and valuations to support strategic questioning and decision‑making processes
- Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Validating financial forecasts and projections to identify potential risks and opportunities for profitable growth
- Promoting inclusion and embracing change to enhance team dynamics and drive successful project outcomes
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have
