About the team:

The Experience Strategy & Innovation team collaborates across business units to identify key insights that shape meaningful strategies enhancing member and associate experiences. Operating with agility and precision, the team leverages human-centered insights to define the core challenges and opportunities, enabling partners to develop effective solutions. This group drives enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate advanced research and design practices,



fostering innovation and measurable outcomes across digital and physical environments. The team’s focus on strategic foresight and evidence-based approaches supports continuous improvement and delivers impactful experience transformations aligned with business goals.
- Define and evolve the end-to-end e-commerce experience.
- Build experimentation frameworks, scale successful pilots, and advise senior leaders on investment decisions, tradeoffs, and transformation priorities.
- Establish experience standards, governance, and cross‑functional alignment across product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and membership.
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem views to identify gaps and dependencies.
- Measure and improve experience performance through business and operational metrics.
- Lead innovation initiatives, including personalization, AI‑powered shopping, search, fulfillment, automation, and checkout improvements.
