POSITION: Inside Sales Representative Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred) Schedule: Full-time, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST (05:00 AM – 02:00 PM PST / 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM PST based on business needs Compensation: 1000 USD/month + uncapped commission ($25 per setup appointment) Note: Independent contractor position

- Account Reactivation & Outreach: Work through the CRM to reach current and lapsed business accounts via phone and email, starting real conversations to win relationships back.
- Consultative Selling: Speak knowledgeably about Chroma Graphics' print and signage offerings, matching each customer's needs to the right solution without pressure or gimmicks.
- Warm Handoffs: Qualify customer opportunities, schedule follow-up Zoom or in-person meetings with local sales reps, and brief the rep prior to calls.
- Follow-Up & Tracking: Conduct email follow-ups to support calling efforts and maintain accurate logs, notes, and touchpoints in Salesforce.
