Position Overview

Support property and leasing operations with organized records, responsive communication and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain property, resident and leasing records.
- Coordinate routine resident, applicant and vendor communication.
- Track applications, maintenance requests or leasing tasks within your area of experience.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and deadlines, escalating matters to the responsible team.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
- Practical experience with property management, leasing, maintenance tracking and document systems.
- Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
- Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
