We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our team and take ownership of relationships with our most valuable customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, longterm relationships with VIP customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing personalized retention strategies that drive engagement and loyalty.

What youll be doing
Managing a portfolio of VIP customers and building strong, trusted relationships
Developing and implementing personalized retention activities
Monitoring customer behavior, engagement and key performance metrics
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
Working closely with CRM, Marketing and Customer Support teams
Analyzing customer data and using insights to make informed decisions
Proactively communicating with VIP customers and ensuring a high level of service
Contributing to the development and improvement of VIP programs and retention strategies

What were looking for
2 years of experience in VIP Management, Customer Retention or a similar role




Proven experience working with highvalue customers
Strong understanding of retention and relationship management principles
English speaking, both written and verbal
Datadriven mindset and ability to work with customer metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Experience working with CRM systems and customer segmentation is a plus
