Role Overview
We are looking for bilingual Spanish English customer service and voicetrained agents who are techsavvy, detailoriented, and passionate about music and audio technology. In this role, you will combine customer support, technical expertise in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

800am a 930pm Argentina Time
MustHave Qualifications
Be voicetrained with prior experience in voice support
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Speak fluent, standard English Spanish with a professional and polite tone B2 english Spanish proficiency level
Be detailoriented with strong recordkeeping and followup skills
Stay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
Be a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
Nice to have
Have experience managing or using audio hardware speakers, PA systems, amplifiers
Be familiar with tools like Salesforce
You have experience with using Python, Java, C, Javascript, Database Management, Software Development Lifecycle etc. Be comfortable reading scripts and basic codes
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels




Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
Provide professional and polite responses at all times
Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or servicerelated issues
