WE’RE HIRING: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / DRAFTSPERSON

We’re looking for a self-guided, motivated, and detail-oriented Architectural Designer / Draftsperson to support architectural and engineering projects from design development through documentation and coordination.

The adecuado candidate can work independently, interpret project requirements, produce accurate drawings and construction documents, and proactively coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise architectural designs based on project requirements, specifications, and client feedback
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents
- Update architectural plans, drawings, and design documents
- Draft floor plans, layouts, details, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings
- Prepare and update as-built drawings
- Assist architects and engineers with design development and project documentation
- Prepare project specifications and supporting documentation
- Respond to RFIs and coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify design and construction requirements
- Coordinate with contractors regarding drawings, revisions, schedules, and project requirements
- Assist with project management and coordination between contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Track project-related expenses and maintain accurate expense documentation
- Monitor project requirements and follow up on outstanding items
- Review drawings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Ensure designs and documentation align with applicable building codes, specifications, and project standards
- Organize and maintain project files, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and other documentation
- Incorporate revisions and feedback efficiently while maintaining drawing accuracy




- Coordinate with project team members to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Proactively identify potential project issues and communicate them to the appropriate parties
- Perform additional design, drafting, coordination, and documentation tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
- Experience creating and revising plans, layouts, details, and as-built drawings
- Experience coordinating with contractors is preferred
- Familiarity with RFIs, project specifications, and construction documentation
- Understanding of basic project management and project coordination processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to translate project requirements into clear and accurate drawings and documentation
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and project requirements
- Strong organizational and file management skills
- Ability to track project expenses and maintain organized documentation
- Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software, with Revit preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively
- Self-guided, proactive, and capable of working independently

PORTFOLIO REQUIRED Shorlisted applicants will be asked to submit a portfolio showcasing relevant architectural design and drafting work.
