We are currently seeking a BDMC Enablement Analyst to join our team, providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Firm’s general and regional practice and industry groups. This role plays a key part in advancing strategic initiatives, managing communications, coordinating events, maintaining business development resources, and supporting the successful execution of group activities across multiple regions.

Why this role matters:

- Support the day-to-day administration of practice and industry groups through meeting scheduling, webinar coordination, and maintenance of membership and distribution lists.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including newsletters, alerts, surveys, and other communications through BakerXchange.
- Maintain and organize databases, resource tools, capability statements, practice and industry group profiles, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate meetings, client-facing webinars, and business development events, including invitations, registration tracking, presentation materials, contact lists, and follow-up activities.




- Assist with project administration, progress tracking, reporting, research activities, and the extraction of financial reports to support business development initiatives and strategic goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Experience providing administrative support within a corporate environment.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
