Main Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in Spanish.
- Assist with parcel delivery and order-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Provide clear and accurate information.

Requirements

- Fluent Spanish is required.
- Professional working English is required for internal communication with the Project Manager and team.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, careful, and professional.
- Logistics / parcel delivery experience is an advantage.
- Remote work experience preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and required work equipment.

Job Details

- Fully Remote
- Salary: USD 450/month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/PST
- 5 working days per week
- 2 days off per week
- Current scheduled days off: Thursday & Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $605,694.71 - $681,406.55 per month
