Position Summary:

We are seeking an

Engineering Lead with strong

.NET, React, Microsoft Azure, and Azure AI expertise to lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native enterprise software. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, architecture, cloud engineering, AI adoption, delivery management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical delivery across product domains and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams.

- Design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using

.NET/C#, React, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

.

- Lead architecture and design decisions for applications running on

Microsoft Azure

.

- Drive code reviews, design reviews, testing strategies, engineering standards, and best practices.

- Partner with Product Managers and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, release execution, and technical risk management.

- Develop and operate cloud-native solutions using

Azure App Services, Functions, AKS, ACR, API Management, Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus/Event Grid, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights

.

- Partner with DevOps teams on

CI/CD, Terraform/Bicep/ARM, DevSecOps, automation,



and observability

.

- Drive adoption of

Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, RAG, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, vector databases, and intelligent automation

.

- Promote responsible AI practices including security, governance, testing, evaluation, and monitoring.

- Mentor engineers, support hiring and career development, and foster engineering excellence.

- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, Security, UX, Data, and AI teams.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of professional software development experience.

- 3+ years leading software engineering teams.

- Strong hands-on experience with

.NET/C#, React, and Microsoft Azure

.

- Experience with API design, microservices, design patterns, and distributed systems.

- Strong Azure cloud and DevOps experience, including

Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD

.

- Working knowledge of

Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search

.

- Strong communication, technical decision-making, mentoring, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred:

Azure certifications, CKA, SAFe/Scrum/Agile leadership certifications.
