ClinicPro is a fast-growing AI startup focused on transforming how healthcare clinics operate through automation, conversational AI, and operational infrastructure.

We're looking for a high-performance Growth Marketing Director who can own the entire growth engine of the business.

This is not a traditional management role.





We are looking for a builder.

Someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and take complete ownership of lead generation, conversion optimization, funnel performance, messaging, and growth initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own ClinicPro's growth strategy from end to end
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Develop and test offers, positioning, and messaging
- Design and optimize landing pages
- Improve conversion rates across the entire funnel
- Work directly with leadership on go-to-market strategy
- Create campaign concepts and content angles
- Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions
- Build systems that generate predictable pipeline growth
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels
- Work closely with sales, operations, and client success
