Position Summary

We are looking for a Learning Technology Manager to support COGx partner schools and universities in implementing, customizing, and delivering Science of Learning programs through digital learning platforms.

This role combines learning technology, LMS administration, program implementation, client support, and learning analytics. The adecuado candidate is highly comfortable with technology and can translate client and program requirements into effective online learning solutions.

The candidate will work closely with COGx's Learning & Development team and partner organizations to configure and manage online programs, customize learning experiences, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth experience for administrators, educators, and learners.

Primary Responsibilities

LMS & Program Implementation

- Configure, launch, and manage online learning programs through the LMS, including cohorts, enrollments, permissions, program settings, pacing, and completion requirements.
- Provide technical support to partner administrators and program users and troubleshoot LMS and related technology issues.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into appropriate LMS configurations and solutions.
- Test program functionality, content, and user experience before launch and maintain consistent configurations across cohorts, products, and languages.




- Coordinate program schedules, enrollment rosters, documentation, and implementation requirements with internal Program Leaders.
- Assess and recommend improvements to LMS functionality, navigation, usability, and learner experience.

Program Customization & Digital Learning

- Customize online programs to meet partner, cultural, language, and contextual requirements.
- Implement content and platform changes across multiple programs while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams on digital content and product updates using tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Maintain English and Spanish versions of online programs and related digital assets.

Data, Analytics & Client Reporting

- Manage data collection, surveys, and reporting for online learning programs using tools such as SurveyMonkey and Google Forms.
- Organize, analyze, and visualize learner and program data for client-facing and internal reports.
- Maintain cohort data and dashboards and generate program analytics reports.
- Identify insights from learning data to support program and product improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, learning science, cognitive science, psychology,



or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Canvas or another enterprise LMS.
- Experience implementing or supporting online learning, professional development, training, or digital education programs.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience working directly with clients, partner organizations, administrators, or end users.
- Comfortable learning and managing multiple technology platforms and systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Experience with learning analytics, surveys, reporting, or data visualization.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; familiarity with LMS integrations, APIs, LTI, SCORM, or SSO is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning, or professional learning for educators is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in education, learning science, cognitive science, psychology, educational technology, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
