RAPVILLE is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, organised and proactive project manager to join our team.
You’ll help keep our artists and clients supported, projects moving and the team aligned in a fast-paced viral music marketing agency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage 100+ client conversations across multiple projects.
- Handle onboarding, timelines, check-ins and offboarding.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams.
- Create and manage editing tickets through Monday.com.
- Coordinate between clients, strategists, editors, producers and social media.
- Spot client concerns, delays and notify senior Csm about genuine upselling opportunities.
- Collect client feedback post production
- support company productivity by creating strategist reports when necessary .
