Job Title: Wedding Planner

About the Company:

Our client is looking for a wedding planner or event planner with experience.

:

You will be part of client calls and manage emails. You will work side-by-side on Zoom. You will learn the company culture, including what to say and how to react. The first month will be focused on shadowing and learning. Success in the first 90 days means you can handle client calls each week and schedule and organize everything for them.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Participate in client calls.
- Manage client emails.
- Schedule and organize client events.
- Shadow experienced team members to learn company culture and best practices.





Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in wedding planning or event planning.
- C2 or C1 English level.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience from photography or other related fields is a plus.

Personality:

- Friendly and calm demeanor.
- Warm and empathetic.
- Able to handle pressure well.

Software & Tools:

- Google Drive.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET

Weekends off

40 hours per week

Salary and Benefits:
