Job title: Human Resources Business Partner (Manager role)
Role mission:
The HRBP Manager serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to designated business functions, driving people strategies that enable business performance while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
This role balances strategic business partnering with operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, change management and leadership coaching.
The HR Manager collaborates closely with Centers of Excellence such Compensation&Benefits;, HR Services, Talent Attraction, and business leaders to deliver consistent, high-impact HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and talent development.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships across all organizational levels and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Support the execution of annual performance management and talent processes.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend practical solutions to strengthen organizational performance.
- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
- Partner with Employee Relations and Legal on complex cases, ensuring fair, timely, and consistent resolution.
- Partner with HR Services to ensure accurate employee data and efficient HR processes in Workday.
- Coordinate the rollout of annual HR programs, calendars, and governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, company policies, and integral HR standards.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in international highly matrix companies.
- Strong knowledge of Argentinian labor legislation and HR compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Great ability to influence leaders.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Fluent English required for constant international exposure.
